About Me
Hi I'm Tumi,
A Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, a wife and a mom passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies.

I grew up in Lagos Nigeria, but currently reside in Ontario Canada. From a very young age, I always enjoyed being active, though my passion for fitness came much later, during a very dark season of my life. At the time going to the gym was the only thing that gave me clarity, and that clarity turned into purpose.

Before transitioning into coaching full-time, I spent the past 13 years of my career in wealth management, an experience that shaped my belief that our health is an asset and that small, consistent deposits compound over time.

My mission is to help women train in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

As a mom, I understand firsthand that fitness looks different in different seasons of life. I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your body after pregnancy and childbirth and determined to reclaim it. That’s why my approach focuses on building strength, improving confidence, and creating sustainable habits that fit your real life.
